This Cookie Policy describes how Miranda Network SL uses cookies and similar technologies on the ProfitFly websites and dashboard. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to site owners. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels; we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy. Cookies may be session cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent cookies (which remain until they expire or are deleted).
2. Cookies we use
We only use the cookies and local storage below. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Apart from the strictly necessary ones, we set a referral cookie only when you arrive through a partner link, and we keep interface preferences in your browser’s local storage.
| Category | Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | sb-<project>-auth-token | Keeps you signed in: your Supabase Auth session and refresh token. | Up to 400 days, or until you sign out |
| Strictly necessary | pf_invite | Holds the access code you entered while signing up during invite-only registration. | 15 minutes |
| Strictly necessary | pf_shopify_oauth | Secures the connection to Shopify (OAuth state, protects against request forgery). | 10 minutes |
| Strictly necessary | pf_shopify_pending | Remembers the Shopify store you just installed the app from, so the connection can be finished after you sign in. | 24 hours |
| Referral | pf_ref (and local storage pf_referral_code, pf_referral_ts) | Attributes your sign-up to the affiliate partner whose link you followed. | 90 days |
| Referral | pf_vid | Random, anonymous visitor ID used to count unique visits from a partner link. | 12 months |
| Preferences (local storage) | i18nextLng | Remembers your interface language. | Until you clear it |
| Preferences (local storage) | pf_active_org, pf_range_*, pf.hiddenMode, pf_tour_done:*, pf_dismissed_announcements, pf.reviewPrompt.*, pf_join_code | Dashboard preferences: active store, date range, hidden amounts, product tour completed, dismissed announcements, and a team invite code waiting to be redeemed. | Until you clear it |
Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. You can delete the referral cookies and local storage at any time from your browser settings.
3. Third-party cookies
When you pay, you complete checkout on Stripe’s own pages, where Stripe may set its own cookies (for example, for fraud prevention) under its privacy and cookie policies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on our marketing website to track you across the web.
4. How to manage or disable cookies
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Delete the referral cookies or the local storage for this site at any time; the Service keeps working without them.
- Configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Most browsers let you manage cookies in their settings or privacy options.
- Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may cause parts of the Service to stop working correctly.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, law or our practices. The “last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised.
